Foundational Ethos
Our non-profit organization is dedicated to helping people heal from the painful struggles and emotional challenges resulting from unresolved trauma. Through utilizing the method and techniques of The Empowered Heart®, it is our mission to reach as many people as possible and help them return to a place of presence, purpose, and empowerment.
Our Focus
Education & Mentorship
Through published literature, engaging coursework, online training programs and in-person workshops and events, it is our aim to help people understand the effects and process of healing from unresolved trauma. Our in-person and virtual offerings assist in the transformation of personal suffering while also supporting individuals in learning the daily steps and practices required to remain healthy.
Community Outreach
Human suffering is not always visible. When someone is struggling emotionally, mentally and/or financially, accessing the support needed may feel unattainable and out of reach. That’s why it is our goal to provide readily available counsel, education, mentorship, inspirational guidance and The Empowered Heart® coursework material and scholarships to those who are struggling and in need of support.
Therapeutic Support
Trauma often has a way of disconnecting us from ourselves and as a result, it can be challenging to understand where the physical, mental and emotional pain stems from. Through talk therapy, group meetups, somatic breath work, and other connective activities, our team members have the skills and passion required to help guide groups and individuals home to a place of clarity and emotional homeostasis.
Inspirational Media
Many people access a daily sense of connection and community through media. We understand this and also understand the importance of inspirational, supportive, trauma-informed content. That’s why we are creating a plethora of guided meditations, inspirational talks, podcast interviews, and documentary films to ensure that inspirational guidance and support is readily available to those who need it.
